Refund Policy

At ThunDroid, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products. As we exclusively offer digital downloads, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed, unless one of the following conditions applies:

  • Product Defect: If the digital product is defective or does not function as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with a detailed description of the issue. We will make every effort to resolve the problem promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued.
  • Accidental Purchase: If you have accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, or have made a purchase in error before downloading the product, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation and may issue a refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after downloading or accessing the digital product.
  • Software Compatibility Issues: It is your responsibility to ensure that your system meets the minimum requirements for the digital product. We do not offer refunds due to software compatibility issues on your end.
  • Lack of Technical Skill: We do not offer refunds if you lack the technical skills to use the digital product. We may offer support resources to assist you.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at business.thundroid@gmail.com within the applicable timeframe. Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the digital product
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
